Last week the Seashells retold the story of Sharing a shell through pictures.
We talked about the structure of stories and learned that they have a beginning (start), middle and end.
We talked about some of the big events that happen in Sharing a Shell and thought about which stage in the story they happen.
Then the children drew pictures of an event from the start, middle and end. They described what was happening in each picture with great detail, showing how well they now our class story.
