Heroes
Zog!
This week our book of the week is 'Zog' By Julia Donaldson. We chose this story to fit with our theme Heroes as we are moving on to looking at our everyday heroes such as Doctors, Firefighters, Nurses, Lollypop Ladies along with many more.
We have lots of great ideas for our learning in class but maybe you could find out about every day heroes you might already know.

Heroes
This week we have begun our new topic - Heroes!
We have started looking at how to look after ourselves, brushing our teeth, brushing our hair, washing our face. We read a book called 'Crocodiles Don't Brush Their Teeth' and talked about how important is look after our whole bodies.
Our rhyme of the week was 'Here we go round the mulberry bush' Where we practiced doing lots of things to take care of our bodies. Here we are singing it in the playground.
