Understanding the World
Our school rules
We have been looking at our School rules and how we can be kind to each other and look after our environment. The Caterpillars came up with some great ideas!
Literacy
Dough disco
We have started our dough disco in Caterpillars, this helps to get our fingers strong for writing!
Mark making
The caterpillars have been exploring mark making this week using pens, paint and glitter 😊 They have also all had a go at writing their name!
Maths
In maths this week we have been looking at objects the make 3 and not 3. We have learnt our stem sentence, 1 and 1 and 1 make 3.
In Maths we have been working on numbers to 5. Here the children are showing a toy how to count efficiently by lining up the objects.

Self portrait
This week in our Art we have had a go at self portraits. The Caterpillars did a fantastic job and we can’t wait to display them in our classroom 😁

Dance
For our P.E this term, we have started our dance lessons. The Caterpillars loved it and all showed us their fantastic moves 😁
