Week 1
We started our new PE unit of dodgeball this week! We practised our aim, trying to hit the cone with the ball.

This week was our first reading session with our partners in Y2 - we really enjoyed it!

In history this week we used our knowledge from Year 4 and Year 5 to compare the Ancient Egyptians to the Anglo Saxons
Week 4
We wrote some super expanded noun phrases in English this week!
Week 5
We identified features of newspaper reports
Forest School
Our first activity was a fractions scavenger hunt
For our second session we practised our sewing skills using leaves!
Finally we re-enacted a chariot race from Secrets of a Sun King in the form of a news report
Week 7
We got a visit from Santa and made Christmas cards!
