Week 4

This week, we have been focusing on developing our speaking and listening skills. The children have tried different techniques to improve this important life skill.

In our Guided Reading, we have been using freeze frames to show a characters feelings. Can you guess how the character is feeling?

Our Design and Technology toy bird project has come to an end this week - we now have a flock of bright, colourful and fun soft toys in our classroom! This has been quite a journey for many of us; turning designs into products, mastering threading needles, securely and neatly joining fabrics and adding decorative details. Amazing work, Charlies - well done!

Week 6

Our half term came to a chilly, damp and muddy end...

In Forest School this week, we held an orienteering event and a treasure hunt.
