What a brilliant end to half term with our Class Wide Reward! We did all things crafty and creative with building or different art materials! what did you enjoy making?
We loved our geography lesson following maps around school to find treasure! Can you remember features of your map?
We have enjoyed our PE unit of Fundamentals, we have learned hopping, jumping, balancing, skipping, skipping with a rope. We have practised working with a partner and running safely in spaces. Can you practise skipping with a rope at home?

In art this term we have learned to use different media and use colour to express emotions. We looked at the artist Marion Deuchars to inspire us to draw a piece based on representing an emotion.
Anansi have loved learning 'Hey you!' as our song in music lessons this half term! Can you perform this at home too?
In geography we have enjoyed looking at maps of the local area, learning some symbols and the compass points north, south, east, west. We made 3D maps of Walkley using lego, can you remember some features you used?
We love doing Dazzle Dance with Amy every week in PE! WHat dance moves can you remember?
We enjoyed computing and learning how to access the drawing app on our ipad. Do you like our drawings?
We were very lucky to have a sunny week for forest school! We enjoyed counting forest objects in maths by reading number words. We had story times there, citizenship and went on bug hunts!
We enjoyed outdoor PE in the sunshine today! We practised jumping with our feet together and bending our knees. Which was the easiest equipment to jump over and the hardest?
