Summer 1
We had a great time in forest school today! We are learning about quarters. We learned that to quarter means to find 4 equal groups and find how much is in one group. We had to find an amount of leaves/flowers/twigs then find one quarter. Can you find one quarter of each of these amounts?
We enjoyed forest school this afternoon in the sunshine. We looked at what teh background is in art and added details of the foreground. What could you see?
We had a special visitor today, with Mr Drew coming to visit us to explain how people who are Jewish celebrate Shabbat. Mr Drew explained some of the rituals and we all had a go and trying some delicious Challah Bread.
