I am really missing our weekly PE lessons. It's really important to keep active even when we are at home. I love exercising because it makes me feel really happy and it gives me lots of energy so I am ready for my day.
I can't go out an play tennis at the moment but I like to keep practising my co-ordination skills by throwing a tennis ball underarm against a wall and catching it. First try to catch it with both hands, then when you've got the hang of that, try with just one hand.
I've been joining PE with Joe Wicks a few times a week (sometimes Crumble joins in too!) On Friday's it's fancy dress, why don't you have a go with your family.
