Around the world
In our P.E, we have been travelling around the world. This week focused on Wild West and we had to practise our jumping, hopping and racing skills. We also had some help from Year 6 đ

A trap for evil pea!
The Caterpillars had a big shock after lunch, as evil pea had come into class and made a big mess trapping supertato! They have worked together really well to make a trap to catch evil pea. We have also started our golden write on our class rules for evil pea to follow.
Maths
Odds and evens!
In maths we have been looking at odd blocks and even tops. The Caterpillars made their own odd block and even tops, then we sorted them into groups đ

Animal handling experience đ
Today the Caterpillars had their animal handling experience. They were fantastic and got to have a go at stroking or holding each animal. They asked some fantastic questions at the end đ

Taste testing!
In our DT, we have started looking at how we make a fruit salad. By the end of the term we will be creating our own fruit salads! So today we did a taste test to decide which fruits we liked best, then created a bar chart to vote on our favourite!
Cutting fruit
This week in our DT, we have been learning how to use a knife safely and had a go at cutting apples ready for our fruit salad! The Caterpillars did a great job đ
